A: We are located in the State of Louisiana. In the State of Louisiana, if you purchase online from someone in the State of Louisiana, you must pay taxes to that Online provider as so they must report it to the State of Louisiana. That is Not our rule or law, that is the State of Louisiana's law. 2. Shipping Information

Q: General Shipping Information

A: CajunBrands.com does everything possible to get your order out by 3pm Central Standard Time on the day the order was placed. When your orders are placed on a non-business day or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day. If for some reason this is not possible (i.e. an unusually high volume of orders placed the same day or holidays) your order will go out the next business day*.


Fill out your shipping address exactly as it should read. Do not forget to include any apartment number, suite number, or building number. We cannot be responsible for an incomplete address that you provide. It is best to include a phone number to help the Driver locate you during daytime delivery.


If you select a commercial delivery address on Standard Ground Shipping, your package may get to you a day or two earlier. Commercial addresses generally require having someone present when the driver delivers.

        

Perishables are shipped via next day or 2nd day delivery only.

 
We are not responsible for shipping delays that occur after an order leaves our facilities.
 
We are unable to ship to post office boxes.
 
Saturday deliveries are charged an extra $15.00 per package
 
Perishables must be ordered at least 2 days ahead of desired delivery day (i.e.: order by Wednesday for delivery on Friday).
 
Some perishables require a signed receipt, therefore the recipient must be present to accept delivery.
 
*Though most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours there are cases when orders may be delayed especially during Holidays.

Q: How do I find out the status of my non-custom order at CajunBrands.com?:


A: Review your recent e-mail messages from CajunBrands.com. We notify customers at the time the order is shipped will contain your tracking number and a link to the shipper that we used to ship your order.


When you find your tracking number, click on the link to the shipper, and enter your tracking number. This will provide you with the location of your package.


If you can't find your tracking number, forward a copy of your order confirmation, including your order number, to ProductSales@CajunBrands.com. A customer service representative will contact you shortly after the request is received.
